The young chinese staff does not have basic coutesy never even bother to say thank you .. if anyone wants to go retail/ food and beverage please practise soft skills say Thank YOU , Excuse me and the magic word Please

I just had an extremely bad experience with ecreative cakeshop. My order of my father's birthday cake went missing when I was at the Jurong Point branch earlier today 3Jul for self-pickup. Collection time was supposed to be 9am-12noon, but when I arrived slightly after noon time, your staff could not locate my order. I waited for almost half an hour as your staff told me that there was a slight delay, but to my horror, when the delivery came to the shop, it was somebody else's order. Your staff finally had to tell me that my order was confirmed missing.??‍♂️ Without a choice, I had to abandon this and asked your staff to process the refund, while I had to scramble to find a last minute replacement. Terrible terrible experience. I don't think I will recommend this shop to anyone who needs a birthday cake on the right date at the right time. I would be waiting to see how long it would take ecreative to give me a call to explain stuff.

The staff a foreign accent on purpose slide the door while my finger at the door of the bread case. I was shocked likely I pulled out my finger out fast but was hurt 2 of my fingers. Kindly look into the safety of the clients . Thank you. This is my first time purchased items on the shop. I will never go back again. I don't see that crazy lady need to open up the same door bread case as me . No refill was done. Please check her insanity. If this is on purpose- a police report need to be lodged for injured on purpose with no reason.

Their cakes are huge for the price point ? very delicious! Just tried their breads ytd too, there isn’t much fillings for the cream cheese one but the chicken floss seaweed one seems generous!
