β β β β β I've eaten here many times and mostly order steak. The steaks and aglio olio are very flavourful, and Hot Tomatoes remain one of my favourite places to have affordable steak (student meal). My only gripe is the inconsistency of how well the steaks are cooked. I've always ordered medium rare, and many times they come too rare (bright red and with blood oozing) or sometimes too cooked. Not much of a biggie to me though, I don't mind rare steaks, but room for improvement.

Escargots is super super super salty. Steak is not properly cooked, still rare when served. Obviously is not defrost properly. Mushroom soup is too starchy

β β β β β I would like to comment that the staff at Hot Tomato Jurong Point services were really awesome!!! They will accommodate to customer requests upon request with no attitude shown. I would like to particularly commend Mr Roland for his great customer service. My family of 14 enjoyed our dinner on Sat.

β β β β β Nice food, pasta, olive rice taste good. Very good pricing for the portion and you may top up for a meal with soup and drink.
Especially love the teriyaki chicken pasta and half roasted baby chicken dishes.
The staff are friendly. A good time as dine in is allowed finally.

Needed a table for 7 & the manager was very quick to assist in putting tables together & have quick seating despite dinner time, staff were very receptive to sauce changes and other feedback as well. Food wise not too bad, all pretty good for this price point although the rib eye steak is especially tough to cut compared to other steaks I have eaten before. If you were to go for sides, would recommend the calamari rings, they are pretty good. Will go for other options besides their steak in the future though.

β β β β β Never thought the food here was good. But the bf likes it and it's reasonably priced. So we dined here again. However, this time it was an unpleasant experience. They were actually cleaning the floor while we were eating... so it was kinda like eating in a toilet with the detergent smells. Not sure how hygenic it is either. Their cupboard hit the back of my chair twice too. :/ According to the bf, his steak was bad. My lamb was alright i guess. Nothing to shout about.

β β β β β Food was a far cry from what I had at other Hot Tomato branches, in particular the salmon, which was overcooked and dry. Tiramisu was too sweet as well. Service was good though.

β β β β β Located on the third floor of Jurong Point old building. The recipe is Asian friendly and delicious. I like their pasta. Lobster linguine, Garlic Prawn linguine, Hot Tomato Grill menu are my favorites.
I love their Seafood Tom Yum Spaghetti. No doubt that It is a delicious invention of a very experienced chief.
Price range: about 12+ for each and reasonable.
