β β β β β Was very impressed by the promptness and efficiency of the staff at Jurong Point.
I called in to ask the customer service if I could purchase the $10 promotion bunny cup at jurong point after work and was promptly contacted by the staff at the outlet and they reserved a cup for me to purchase later on despite the dwindling number of cups available.
Bought on 22/03/2022, 7pm.

β β β β β Was here on the 26/6/2022 at around 7pm . Superb service. Commendable service by the short-hair indian lady and the young malay male barista. These are the people who will make coffee bean and tea leaves the best place.

β β β β β 2 days straight they got my order wrong! Yesterday i went over to order, the person who took my order was apperently the shift manager, i had ordered 2 large drinks but when i collected my order, i received 1 large and 1 regular. When asked the same person who took my order AND made my drinks she simply told me that she was following what was on the screen. Which means she took my order wrongly! Not even a simple apology was given. And today i ordered via grab, i ordered mocha mousse cake, but instead received cookies and cream cake. How is it possible to mix up 2 cakes that have no ressemblance to each other???

β β β β β Went to coffee bean at this outlet in the evening. I have been to this outlet a couple of times and have been greeted quite nice with some staff, however for today, the staff who attended to the cashier and attended to the drinks have been kinda off with their mood. Very very rude attitude. The way they treated my friends who went to patronize the outlet is just not acceptable. They put on a very straight face and when one of my friend asked for a carrier, she did not even help by putting it in. Just too rude.

β β β β β it is a cafe concept store similar to starbucks.serves coffees,teas,lattes,cakes and meals as well.recommend their breakfast sets ,eggs benedict and platter,since they are available throughout the day if you are feeling famished.they serve other mains which are mostly pastas as well.

β β β β β new breakfast meal pancakes bland no taste of pancake this is worst than mcdonald and eggs like rubber.
Staff not attentive lousy services and do not buy any of sandwiches no side salads smoked salmon is 12.90
. sent on their management they inform it has been taken out since last month
Might as well I do myself.. came again last saturday no plate, fork , knife, spoon and cups .. .. cannot sit there more than 1 hour branch manager keep asking to go home ..

came again on 2/4/2022
the table tray never clean . end up customers to clean by ourselves . Either the manager not attentive or sleeping !!!

β β β β β Iβm this coffee beam stall regular customer for long time(more than 5 years) and normally will purchase the ice blend mocha twice per week . But got the bad experience recently, due to Iβm ordered βover blendβ ice blended mocha, but still got a lot of ice cube (refer photo) inside the mocha, although had highlighted to those staffs many times. Iβm quite disappointed for this service.
