★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with econnect. Not only did the cake tasted bad, the macaroons on the cake came smashed. Really disappointed with the way it turned out. Hopefully, the company can do something about smashed cakes from delivery as I noticed many other reviews saying the same thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi my comments are aimed at improving the customer service at ecreative cake. My daughter ordered a birthday cake for me in advance by a mth from your company. On the day of my birthday, the cake was not delivered and there was no email or phone call to inform us even though the order was confirmed by my daughter via email. The next dat, my daughter contacted your staff by text and was informed that her order was overlooked. No apologies was given and no compensation for the inconvenience caused to us was offered. Honestly, it is very difficult for me to recomnend your company to my friends and relatives even though I have to say your durian cake was really good. It is sad to have a good product but because of poor customer service you may lose customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never ever order any cake from them!!! came over to collect the cake for my girl birthday, and came to knew after a conversation thru phone by the supervisor, that it still not ready. She explained that it is sunday. Eventhough i booked the cake as mentioned three days in advanced as requested by them!!
Such a horrendous experience.. my girl was expecting a cake she chose, n yet there's no cake even near that!! Will never ever oder from them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently ordered the Choco Ganache and Tiramisu Cake from Ecreative Group through Grab. I got to say , it taste fantastic and the presentation wise was pleasant looking. I love love the tiramisu, its beautifully layered and taste is just amazing, very aromatic. Highly recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with Ecreative. Ordered a mermaid cake for my daughter's birthday from Shopee but waited from 3pm to 7pm with nothing received. Ended buying a small cake from neighbourhood bakery shop to celebrate instead. My guests were dissapointed especially my daughter as she has specially requested a mermaid cake for her birthday and I have never felt so embarrassed in front of my guests.
Calls and messages went unanswered on the day of delivery. Poor service recovery as well as they did not take the initiative to contact me but i have to call in instead. Will not patron or recommend if you are buying a cake from them to celebrate important occassions.
