A very clean, spacious and well-ventilated clinic. Counter staff- polite, friendly and gave helpful advice. Doctor is patience and very detailed with his consultation. Highly recommended place.

Disappointed. It says closed at 12pm but when I arrived there at 11.48am, the doctor is no more in the clinic. Waste my effort to go there with unwell condition.

This clinic should be six stars! The doctors and nurses are great, and they can also do blood sampling and electrocardiograms, which is really versatile! However, the clinic does not accept credit cards.

Visited Dr. Yan during Cov-19 period in Jun 20, and he is patient, friendly and professional. The counter nurse is also friendly and professional when I visit too! Would recommend this clinic for sure, they both provide great service to the nearby residents! Price is also reasonable (had a o get referral letter so visited the doc, but there was no charges to it. Kudos to Dr Yan!)

I had the worst experience of my life to suffer immensely under the 2 counter medical lady attendants who were unable to cope with the number of patients this morning. They shoved us around like herds of cattle, literally in and out of the crowded waiting area. I found it difficult to navigate my mobilised electric scooter several times in the room and out to the void deck of the adjacent block. My caregiver, Bety , also ran back and forth from the clinic to the void area to tend to our two impatient pet dogs. Bety, and I were compensated by the kindly Dr Yam. However due to my medical condition, one of the two of the nurses, who did my Art/PCF test subjected me to a blinding pain that almost caused me a blackout. I am a heart patient of Tan Tock Seng Hospital and I am receiving treatment for mental depression. By her cruel action I am forced to write publicly to remind everyone that not all health-givers are like those in the public service. There were a big number of foreigners during my 3 hours there .They also received the cold shoulder treatment from these two mean staff members.
