Nice and friendly doctor. Dr Tham seems keen to help and was helpful in helping me sort out my LPA paperwork for the market rate fees for it.

I'm very satisfied the way the physician handle his patients in that clinic. He's knowledgeable doctor, compassionate, family oriented...a very professional one in his field.

Great doctor! He's really knowledgable and very professional :) He is also very patient with the elderly. My grandmother felt very comfortable with him as he could converse with her in Teochew and Hokkien. The staff are willing to take the extra mile and are very friendly.

Did LPA here for my parents. Rates are very reasonable at $50 and doctor is very nice and patient! Be sure to prep and sign your forms properly before hand for a smooth process.

Made appointment on the 8th July for my daughter to take her 3rd booster jab and we picked this clinic because it was near our home and offered the Novavax vaccine. Called up to make appointment on the same day. All was well till we reached there. Registered and was told to wait although no queue number was given or any form of waiting system. Finally Dr Tham called my daughter’s name and I went in with her. After he asked a few questions with no relevance to the vaccine did he realised that the wrong patient was called and we were asked to wait outside. After some time, my daughter’s name was called again and we went in. After reminding her not to exercise and a few precautions, he wiped the anaesthetic on her right arm since she is a left hander. He already got the injection syringe loaded with the vaccine when he decided to look into his computer. Somehow he had problem accessing the MOH website and told us he could not give the vaccine to my daughter! By this time my daughter was very nervous and did not want to take the jab there even if they managed to sort out the computer problem which they did not! Wasted one hour of our time! My other doctor also had a bit of problem with the website 3 wks earlier when I went for the Novavax booster but somehow managed to resolve the problem and I had the jab. In case if you are wondering why I did not go there; the reason was it ran out of the vaccine and I had to come here. Since it was already 4pm and the other clinics closing soon, I went to another clinic nearby. At this clinic, they were so efficient and the doctor managed to access the MOH website and my daughter had her jab all within half an hr including the 15 mins wait time to see if any side effects. From the reviews here, Dr Tham may be a good doctor but to us, there was no proper wait system without knowing when was our turn; and he was unsure of what to do and did not instill confidence in us as a doctor.
