★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with one of their agents - Jacalyn Chung. Worst experience ever! If you ever hand your deposit money to Jacalyn, you can forget about receiving it back. She will use every trick in the book to take it from you! Plus, she doesn't like being asked questions - any whatsoever. Dealing with her is like dealing with the mafia (no exaggeration). My advice - there are lots of good agents, good real estate companies and great housing options in Singapore. You don't want to go through the experience of dealing with this one.
