Worst MCST ever seen. not helpful at all. I sometimes wonder do they interview the correct person that is suitable for the job that is liaising with residents.

We own a unit in mcst plan no. 2243. The costs of management and maintenance are going up fast by the years, more than just normal increased cost of living/inflation. I am not casting aspersions on the managing agent but being professional managers, I hope they could be helping us in containing the costs. Please.

The condo manager Mr Loe is very rude, just called my wife "ignorant " there is way to talk to residents. Beside we are now paying more, for poor or unacceptable service.

Newmam n Goh? Lousy management team...not passionate towards residents... no human feeling. Lead by Mr Daniel ....the manger, n his supervisor Loh...a resident accidentally threw away a 1 carat bangle into the automated dustbin....all said can not help...the supervisor simply showed the bin n said no way to open the bin..bins will not open until it reach the incinerator n burn straight....there were 2 automated bins...but all bushit....the towaway truck driver came....he rendered his kind assistant...n also said mgmt office can help retrieve by offering helpers....bins can also open..no need go to incinerator....the driver open the side windows to show the resident...the rubbish in fact was only half filled..the condo supervisor said can not open bins r sealed...what the nonsense...another bin was empty...the truck office confirmed the bin still at the condo not tow away to incinerate yet...the mgmt could actually stopped the half filled nin n divert the throwing activity to the 2nd automated trash bin...get worker to assist the resident dug out the rubbish into smaller bins...trash were seen packed in bags inside the automated bin . but none fr the mgm team gave a damn to render help to the poor resident...wat the resident could see was.....the manager sat inside his office reading morning newspaper....the supervisor didnt give any thought how to retrieve but kept said impossible n remove his worker who wans to help...away fr the resident....implied did not want the worker to help the resident. The wonderful thing is why a condo need a full time manager...a supervisor for building ..a supervisor f gardening? a supervisor for the cleaner n a supervisor for the security? Non resident give a thought on this? or they actually don bother to select a best agency. these people r drawing residents' money. Maintenance fee went up with service quality dropped. The resident also feedback the quality of service was bad as compared to last mgmt agency. The supervisor Loh should not be retained too. The resident saw so many cleaners n another cleaner supervisor sat around hour for tea break? The residents are paying these people to sitting around? A good mgmt office don need so many supervisor...the manager should be an hands on man.

On 11/02/21, when I visited 11 Pemimpin Dr condo as a contractor, the aged security was rude and talking too much and used Chinese vulgar word (knncb) against me when approached him to change pass. After that I get management number from owner and called management staff but he told me that he was no longer working there and told me to reach this page via Google! Security must be a security and he shouldn't treat the contractors especially foreigners. Most of the securities in Singapore behaviour is frustrated for me! They are giving respecting by local or foreigners!

Ceiling of lift was coming off,Taken in august 2021. Tape was used whenever it started to peel off. Issue was only fixed in dec2021. Mcst980, Teresa ville

Worst MCST ever - we've stayed in the same condo for over 20 years and every condo manager they have placed here were nothing short of terrible.

For MCST 2923. The condo manager by the name of Mr Tien is outright high-handed, rude and treat residents as though he is some sort of commanding officer based on my several encounters: 1) applying for condo pass. Previously with the ex-manager, he was able to readily duplicate the condo access card and pass it on to me. For this Tien, he told me have to wait. I then asked how long he required, he told me 2 hours. It's such a simple process of duplicating the card and I queried why he needs 2 hours. He said he has many things to do rudely. 2) Feedback to Tien on 1 Dec 2021 about possible water contamination from the building water system as I see many black particles from my kitchen tap. I was concerned because I have an infant at home. My house was newly renovated months earlier with new taps from reputable brands. He replied me only on 3 Dec 2021 telling me that the building will undergo annual certification from PUB by Jan 2022 and during the process will rectify if any. Basically, he is implying he is not going to do any checks until the certification process. I then replied by asking him which part of the building plumbing will be inspected. I asked about this because I'm trying to understand if the particles could be coming from pipe corrosion. He then replied, without any correlation to my question, that the water comes from same source. I am now wondering why he has to wait till more than 1 month later to do the checks and only because of the annual inspection. I also wonder if he has contravened any water regulations. Who will take responsibility should there be unfortunate events arising from this? This Mr Tien obviously lacked professionalism, basic manners, interpretation and I doubt his capability. He is not competent to be a condo manager. To Newman Goh, you have tarnished your reputation severely with incompetent staff. You need to engage someone who is so and yet responsible.
