★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having of course heard of Effect Audio as the premiere audio cable maker for audiophiles I often thought about how great it would be to have one of their IEM cables but there is a price for the best which unfortunately I could not justify. However I discovered that Effect Audio had come up with a very idea called the ConX Connector System which allows you to use different IEM connectors and despite the brilliance of the idea and the quality, at $50 it was more than affordable. When I enquired about a getting a set for my third party cable they could not have been more helpful. Jane, who was my point of contact was really friendly and patient explaining the different options, making feel that I was just as important as a customer buying one of their top of the range of IEM cables. The ConX Connector system arrived in the UK from Singapore within four days of order and works so well with my earphones, I ordered another set.
Thank you Jane and to everyone at Effect Audio, I look forward to the time when I will be able to order one of your high-end IEM cables.

Fast communication from their sales person and happy with the finishing done for my cable. Highly recommended.
