What irked me first was another younger woman who followed us around listening to our conversation. She seemed to want to check on what the elderly woman was saying to me. It was a very distasteful behaviour to me. When the elderly female salesperson seek help from a salesman by the name of Marco, he didn’t even want to look into my eyes or my face when he talk to me. He blurted out replies in a yaya papaya manner. I left the shop immediately. Both Marco and the plump lady who followed us were such turn off.

After gathering a few sofas and placing them in my cart, I went down to the showroom to have the feel of this leatheraire product. Only 1 sofa was available in store and it certainly look totally different from the screenshot I took from their website. When the lady salesperson approached me, I showed her and she said that was not the sofa from the web. She only agreed after I pointed out the model name and actually also agreed it looked completely different too. I kept comparing and the instore one definitely looked like some cheap replica of the picture they posted. After she went off to check with someone at the payment area, she sang a totally different song saying it actually is the same ?. I left instantly. I have read online buyers' reviews saying they receive completely different looking item & color....hence, the trip.

In fact, she gave us plenty of space and time to make decisions and reminded us to never rush. We feel so comfortable shopping in the shop. She brought us around patiently, explained every detail meticulously and answered our doubts and questions professionally. ?? Marco (Sales Executive) handled our transaction smoothly. He assisted us with some questions and was very approachable. We were fickle about some decisions and he was patient and told us that it’s okay, we can take our time to make decisions. ?? Thank you both for throwing in some freebies along with our purchase! We totally appreciate it! ?? We left the store very happy with your products and services. Mega prices for bedframe is very reasonable and decided to buy from them. Friendly salesman ronnie that does not hardsell. Bought the somunuz comfortably mattress for 299 super single and the somunuz Teflon mattress super single for 428. Bought the king size storage bed with a side step at the side for 1399. Compare with 4 * and decide to buy from mega which is cheaper. A 2 storey mega showroom that is much bigger than 4*

We tried on different types of sofas and they are so comfortable. It was a great place to shop for home furnitures or home equipments as they have a wide varieties of choices available. There are beds, electronics, kitchen appliances and many more. I like this Mega Furniture as there's a wide selections to choose from!
