Thanks to Cheryl who provided all necessary details and acted to my request very promptly. The heater was ordered, delivered and installed within 24 hours.
The installer (this gentleman whom I didn’t get the chance to get his name) arrived on time and installed the system within an hour, taking every detail to ensure the place was cleaned as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Rinnai regarding a faulty stove burners n was attended by Cheryl who answered my enquiry patiently n was very helpful in explaining the possible causes of breakdown n gave me a detailed breakdown costs of replacement parts. She then fixed an appointment for their technician to go down to my client’s home to check n replaced the necessary parts at the same time. Installation technician shows positive attitude, is courteous and professional in his work, he display initiative to removed carefully all obstructed items and fixture prior to installation and did not mess up surround area.
