★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come super fast, but first person who called me told me the price is $107 verbally on the phone. So I rejected them ask them not to come. But they came nevertheless, so not wanting to let the driver have a wasted trip (thinking maybe communication didn't went through well) I let him tow my car anyway. However driver demanded $180 only after towing. When I called the first person back, they refuse to admit they quoted $107 initially. Tried to reason with the driver but he was tall and musclar (common 30-40 years old ah beng) and the way he talked was a bit scary and feels like he gonna punch me any moment. So my balls shrunk and I paid anyways.
Be warn guys. Super bad experience. Kinda feel cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service. I was left stranded on the Lornie viaduct after the useless BlueSG car decided to go bonkers while their customer service team went uncontactable. Thankfully, Ho from Efficient Towing Service came to the rescue minutes within contacting them. Everything was done seamlessly and the car was returned to the charging point without fault. BlueSG ruined the night but Efficient Towing Services saved the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver drop/lose my right side mirror cover during the duration of the towing process but doesn't wan to held responsible for it, picture already shows b4 before towing point 'A where the cover is still intact and after towing point B' ... driver push it to owner stating it could have been loose which is the cause of it dropping out during towing which I find it unreasonable as it could have dropped off anytime while I'm driving my vehicle if its already loose. Not professional
