★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic, terrible attitude from the doctor and nurses. Spent 2 hrs queuing just to get a referral letter as they are in the company approved panel of doctors and Doctor asked for payment even when the insurance mentioned no payment required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and Arrogant doctor. Have been coughing for a long period few months back. see this clinic 3 times also no use. clinic didn't want to give stronger medicine because they cannot claim from insurance company...
Go polyclinic, see doctor one time with stronger medicine and I'm feeling better the next day.
Will give 0 star if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic assistant unaware of medical protocols (as a layman, I'm better informed in comparison, go figure..) Dr. will always prescribe the same types of medication (mild, typically ineffective. Saw a comment down mentioning it's cause they can't claim from insurance? Not sure.) If you wanna get well soon and not drag out the sickness, just visit a practitioner a few bus-stops down — like in Bishan/Thomson. Though convenient, it's costly and does not help. No point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst clinic I have visited. The doctor was very inpatient. He refused to answer all my question even though I was only in the room for 8 mins. He chased me out of the room so that he could clear the COVID vaccination queue faster. Need to search for another clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was pleasantly surprised to discover that this clinic opens on time, and doctor starts consultation on time too. Many clinics I've visited in the past usually operated at least half an hour after their stipulated opening hours. Although we had to do our own art tests (supervised via webcam), the doctor was patient and empathetic both times we were there. Doctor also helped to resolve a query we had about protocol very promptly. Medication received was slightly lesser than required as illness lasted longer, but helped a lot in relieving symptoms.
