Staffs were friendly and easygoing. We ordered a light that was too big for our living hall and asked if we could change it and they were accommodating to our request. They were patient in addressing our concerns and ensured that every bulb and light is working before sending them out to us. Special thanks to Alex who shared his knowledge with us which was very helpful in our decision making. Pleasant experience and highly recommend!

Small shop but they do have lots of items! Just ask them. Bought lights, fans, hob & hood and bathroom items from this shop. Pricing is extremely competitive. Was attended to by Jayden. Very patient n detailed in his explanation of the products. He was willing to answer further queries that I have even after the purchases were completed. 5 star after-sales svcs and overall a very pleasant experience.

Saw good reviews on this company , went down to check out lightings, small shop under old hdb flat yet have many choices for your selection. Was served by Justin, a young and courteous guy, he is very helpful and patience in guiding me the different type of lightings to use for my new flat. Prices are reasonable as he give further discount on my total purchase items. Installation fee for fan and lightings also reasonable. Besides lightings , they also have various ceiling fans brands, toilet accessories , water heater . Look for Justin if you visit there.

The staff were helpful and gave a good price for the stuff I bought. Three years later, I went back hoping to get some replacement lights and was charged only for the parts they ascertain was faulty! The soldering of several items was FOC … really appreciate their honesty!

Jayden provided invaluable advice (easy to maintain) as we picked the lightings and basin/tap for our new family flat. His follow-up on delivery and installation was timely. The electrician and plumbers arranged for installation were polite and professional. Highly recommend to visit EG Lighting (a wallet-friendly neighborhood store) for lightings and bathroom fittings.

I visited them in March 2022 as i needed lights for my BTO and my friend highly recommend. BEST RECOMMENDATION!!! 1) their shop is quite small (under hdb block) and somehow, it suits me just fine as it doesn't look all intimidating as compared to those big showrooms. 2) their staff are all GOOD! Kudos to Alex who served me. Patient and friendly, he listen to my requirements and patiently showed and explained to me his recommended products and their specs. Never feel any push pressure from him at all. I feel so satisfied that i bought 15 lights on the spot! 3) After-sale service is great! They provide sub con electrician to do the installation and Alex constantly kept in touch with me via watapps regards to the appointment. 4) After the installation, i realized 6 lights were not bright enough. I highlighted to Alex the very next day and he told me he will try to see how he can help. On the same day, he told me they will change my lights and will refund me the excess $$$ for the lower priced replacement lights i choose. Where can you get such a service!!!

Searching for lightings for my BTO and happen to come across EG lightings with so many good reviews so went down to check out the lightings, small shop under old hdb flat yet have many choices. I ordered lightings by placing a deposit as I only needs them in 2 months time. Whenever my contractor ask about the dimensions etc, they were very prompt in replying. So far 90% of lights are fixed and all working fine. Thumbs up for the awesome service! Exchange was a breeze! (One lighting was brought wrongly) overall it was a pleasant experience with EG lightings. Everyone in the store are very well trained, they serve everyone with passion. Strongly recommend!

Located in blk 36.I'm from the west & bus 66 goes there.?.Its a 10 min walk from Macpherson MRT(exit B). Its a decent size light shop.Staffs are friendly. Unfortunately,they didn't have some type of lights I wanted to get.Nevertheless,the recessed led I bought comes with 3yrs warranty.Great.
