Very positive experience to purchase my Yeelight ceiling lights, cabinet LED and flex switches from Host Systems. They have an excellent showroom to be able to show and simulate the final experience for your home. They also have extremely professional staff who recommended the most suitable and not the most expensive products to fit my needs. I had made a mistake of purchasing the wrong type of LED light from their online store a few weeks after visiting their showroom. They were very helpful and did not kick up any fuss whether it was purchased from their physical or online store. They also kindly and promptly facilitated an exchange and gave me store credits for the correct items. Throughout the experience, I was always able to get in touch with their sales and technical team via their dedicated WhatsApp chat who answered my questions with patience and precision. Overall, it was an enjoyable and pleasant experience and I highly recommend them as a smart lighting supplier.

Was served by Andrew and he has went the extra mile to ensure all the lights we purchased was in good working order, he has also provide recommendation on the lightings to be used to suit the different needs of the house. We had a light that came in damaged due to delivery and he assisted to facilitate the exchange almost immediately. I highly recommend getting your smart lighting from host systems, good product and good customer service.

Pretty impressed by Yeelight for its smart functions. Ordered the halo light and can't wait for it to arrive. Pricing is reasonable for a smart light. Particularly like the Bluetooth dimmer switch which is a stick on. No drilling or wiring needed. Excellent service from the Eugene who patiently explained and allowed us to try out the light functions.

Have been using Yeelights in the apartment for over a year. Love how I am able to customise the lights so easily at my fingertips. The aftersales service is absolutely commendable as well. The set-up was fuss-free and the app itself is very easy to navigate. I highly recommend Yeelights' products.

I purchased the smart lights and fans during my 2nd visit with my contractor. The staff is always helpful & friendly. After my reno. I tried to setup and encountered some issues. I contacted them again. The response from Wendy and Trinity was prompt and helpful. I managed to connect the gateway & lights. Thank you ?

Wendy and Andrew are superb. They are patient and take the time to time to explain all the details to help you find the right solution(s). Given the wide range of products and features in the lighting space and how it continually evolves, they stay up to date with the latest on what works and may be possible. With my own renovation project , there were a number of challenges that cropped up along the way. Both of them were super responsive and came up with novel approaches to address/solve them all. I would highly recommend them if you’re in the market for smart lighting solutions!!!

Had a great and wonderful learning and experience with YeeLight. I have visited their showroom 2 to 3 times to find out and learn about their products so that I have a clearer picture of what I needs. Andrew and Wendy is very patient, friendly and understanding of our questions and problem. Came out with solutions for us. Finally, I think is on the fourth visit started to make purchase from them. - Yeelight Experience (Host System) were really really helpful as a team. Especially Wendy. Wendy helped me to answer tons of my questions patiently and accurately through out few of my visits or chat enquiries. They are not like the rest of the shop that just sell things, but it's more like a personal consultant through out my smart home journey. Which I did not get anywhere else. Yes probably you can research on your own, but it will take forever. And their help cut short the time by a looot! - I was so happy to found out that there is "ALWAYS ON SWITCH". Previously it will be a problem if there is someone that is not IT savvy and not following our instruction, not to off the main switch, which lead us not to able to control or run the automation. And this device solve the problem. So I can still control my lights via app / voice assistant / automate via sensors even though someone else at home decided to turn off the switch! Amazing! - YeeLight Experience by Host System also has a cozy, complete and like a heaven to smart home lover. Because they have a super wide range of products for smart devices from all sorts of smart lights, switches, sensors, smart door lock, and even smart curtain!
