He was very caring throughout the consultation and the medicine he prescribed for my morning sickness was very useful. The staff at the counter are very thoughtful to give me a baby vaccination brochure and inform me that their clinic do vaccination for newborn as well. I will definitely bring my newborn here.

When I waited for 2 days no reply, they just say * I m not interested pls stop contacting me. You have to be polite enough to inform we regret that you are not shortlisted thank you*
I	Iris Qin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind and patient female doctor (Dr Lin). She did a thorough check for my gastric pain and told me to visit again if I still feel painful after taking medicine. I visited again after 5 days and this time is the male doctor (Dr Yong), who is so impatient, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I suffered from gastric pain for two whole weeks. He was like “accused” me of being anxious so that I felt the pain. I told him I’m not anxious, and I just want to know the reason of my stomachache, hoping to do a scope for it. He refused and he told me if I still feel painful for another month then maybe can do a check. Excuse me? I can barely sleep these two weeks and is it my bad to feel the pain and see a doctor? He also blamed me for visiting different clinics these few years…Plz…I have moved from west to east… His attitude was really disappointing and accusing.

However, went recently and was given a male doc, he is so impatient and not willing to listen or answer questions. The staff at counter also not very proactive. Did a body check up, didn’t even bother to call to inform result is ready. I have to call. And when I was there for sore throat and headache, she asked me to wait outside the clinic, it is ok actually, but please kindly provide a chair, and not asked a sick patient to stand and wait under our kind of weather. So next time if you are going there, request female doc if not don’t go at all.

She ceased the medication as it was doing more harm than good to mother's kidneys. She proceeded to arrange for blood tests and prescibed better management to prevent the kidney condition from worsening. We visited polyclinic doctors and hospital doctors prior but they did not help much.

I've visited the clinic once with my dad about 4 - 5 months ago when he was experiencing chest discomfort, did an ecg test and found out that he was having a heart attack. Before the ambulance arrive, doctor explained to us about my dad's condition calmly and handled the whole situation professionally. The staff also have the ramp, emergency kit all on stand-by and even crushed some pills for my dad. Please take the bad reviews with a pinch a salt especially nowadays when people use social media as a tool to defame others.
S	Sheryl H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a number of negative reviews about Dr Yong, at first i was worried if it would turned out a bad experience but i worried for nothing. The nurses were nice and professional. Dr Yong was patient, meticulous and straight to the point. My family was tested covid positive and he addressed our worries and provided sufficient advice as well. Dr Yong and his staff deserves 5 star especially this pandemic period, it’s not easy for our healthcare workers. So please manage your expectations. They are humans too. Thank you Dr Yong! ?
