★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad condo management. They just want to earn extra money by wheel clamping even if the fault is with the security. Very rude and unreasonable. seriously like uneducated! Had to call the police!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is honestly pretty nice. There's 8 courtyards around the condo that serve different purposes (though some are a bit useless). There's a small playground in here , an air conditioned gym, half a basketball court, hammocks, a spa and a convenient shuttle bus service
some issues however, include how hard it could be to get around if you're new here, since most of the time there's no way to go from one location to another in a straight line and you have to utilise the carpark and gates effectively

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here for 1.5yrs with my elderly parents. They love the environment so far, and it's quite easy for them to get around with the condo bus and also the new Canberra mrt. Nice facilities and neighbours overall. Love our unit's layout of the Master Bedroom's 2nd door that leads straight to the balcony. The previous owner who sold to us took really good care of the unit, so i didn't have any issue with anything surprisingly. Was really worried before moving in coz it's my 1st time buying a home, guess i'm lucky :) Looking forward to the opening of Canberra Plaza!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than 10 years old condo, but the overall maintenance is good. Comes w multi storey carpark but the maintenance fee is affordable. Family oriented, 4 units per level. Very privacy ??
