★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearest to MRT, facilities are not well maintained and this condo houses the worst neighbours (people) in the estate. Some owners behave worse than barbarians. The staff are good but management is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compare to newer condos nearby (1 Canberra, Nautical, Canberra Residence), this condo is very well maintained and come with lots of facilities (nice pool, club house, karaoke room, Jacuzzi, water slides, etc). Landscaping is also much better. The long pathway with landscaping that extend from the guard house to the condo foyer, provide resident with a “welcome home” feel.
