★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited my friend's place there and found that units are extremely small size for the price (rental).
A kitchen in 2 bedroom unit is comparatively similar to a studio kitchen.
Also the higher price doesn't make sense as it is almost a 10 minute walk from MRT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at one of the rooms here via Airbnb and I had a very comfortable stay. There is a 7-Eleven within walking distance, and Chinese restaurants plus a dessert shop as well. The nearest trains station is a ten-minute walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. I've been stayed in this apartment for past 2 years.. amazing neighborhoods, close to the MRT, Market, Shopping and Hawker Centre. The facilities also superb, great lap pool, tennis court, gym & sky garden for BBQ. The whirlpool / Jacuzzi also really niceeeee...
