Nice ambience given its location and food is presented at a quality higher than it actually costs. Taste is value for the money, given that the prices are very reasonable for its standard. Would recommend.

One of the worst fish and chip I ever eaten. The fries were obviously leftover and hard. The fish batter was so thick that it is soggy and tasted like wet bread. An 18 dollar air fryer will be better.

I would like to appluad your staffs excellent service. I went to the Bugis outlet and it was pretty crowded.Your staff,Aisha serve us with patience and offered chair for my mum whilst waiting in Q. They acceed to our seat arrangement rq (4+2) and even offered my parents the 1st table with warm drink! Keep up the great service!

Affordable great food. Didn't have any queue and didn't have to wait for tables when we walked in on a wednesday night.

Don't know why I hadn't tried this chain. Visited Bugis Junction outlet on a Sunday. Place was quite occupied. Ambience is normal, nothing extraordinary. You order by scanning a QR code and also pay online. We ordered Salted Egg crispy Chiken burger, classic fish burger and HA Ribeye steak with black pepper chicken sausage. It took some time for food to arrive. Burger was AMAZING. Even their sauce was superb, slightly on sweeter side but definitely very tasty. Chicken was quite crispy and delicious. Fish burger was also good. Fried that came along with burgers were thin and well done. Steak set came with Steak cut to pieces, chicken sausage, some greens and two sauces. Sausage was juicy and so was Steak. Portions were just OK, I felt a little hungry even after the meal though. The three dishes costed SGD 45. No complaints and we left as a happy customer. I will visit again for Burger. I have heard about baked rice too, so will try next time.

Food was generally nice but the temperature is not there. Would be better if food is served hot, especially for the soup. Price is reasonable. Recommended to go for the set?

Chicken chop taste is okay, but careful about the fish and chip, the batter is more than fish ? Chocolate milkshake totally not shaky ? When i finished my last drop, just within 10s after i put on table, the staff come and clean my table, maybe i sit there for too long? Who knows. Anyway, no next time for me ?

Service is fast, ordered two main courses with upgrade to set meal to come with a ice lemon tea and a mushroom soup. The soup is too watery with little mushrooms. The salmon is on the salty side, and the burger is not bad with their unique sauce. The ordering and payment process is straight forward, saving both time for the restaurant and customers.
