I bought the wallet because my birthday is on today and I planned to give as a gift but end up it ruined the plan. After Eight days still pending for delivery, need myself to call urbanfox few times then just get to know my parcel already lost.
After emailed with your ecommerce executive Mr. Zachary Loke and spoke to him that will write a review, he said it will be fine.

Great, unobtrusive service and she went out of her way to help me exchange an item after finding out that I was actually looking out for an item that wasn't in stock at their outlet. It's staff and service like this that give brick and mortar stores a fighting chance to survive.
