I have used R&R for the 3rd time now. They have always been my GO TO design company when it comes to renovations. The truth is, they never fail to impress you with their practical suggestions and quality products. As home owners, we want our things to last, especially carpentry and these guys provide that. Danielle, the senior designer of R&R provided us with great and most Importantly practical designs especially for our kids room. I will not say that it was smooth sailing through the reno period as there were a few delays, but hey, it was period of COVID where companies were down with manpower,supply shortage, border restrictions, etc. Despite all these challenges, Danielle was able to deliver what she had promised with minimum disruption. My neighbours were shocked on how fast these guys were in terms of completion. HATS OFF!!!! Without any doubt, my next reno contract will be with R&R and I will definitely look for Danielle again. A great person to work with. Thank you Danielle and R & R for your excellent service.

We are very happy and satisfied with the renovation done by our designer, Jason Tan and his team member, Randall. We would like to thank both of them for their excellent works and tremendous efforts in managing the entire project and completing it on time for us to shift into our new house. It was a major renovation including tiling, electrical wirings, plumbing works, aircon, cabinets etc. Jason is knowledgeable and able to understand exactly how we wanted our new home to be like. The outcome is beyond our expectation and we love our beautiful “dream home”. Throughout the project, Jason was very responsive and patient in dealing with any issues that cropped up. We were impressed with his patience and professionalism. Most importantly, Jason is very responsible and he is very easy to work with. We were referred to RnR by our property agent after we got our resale unit. Jeff and Shawn were our IDs. Being first time home owners, we were worried and unsure about a lot of things. After sharing some photos that we got from the web, they came up with a proposal that suited our tastes and as equally important, our budget! One stop shop, did whole house renovation through them, no need to deal with different parties. Excellent quality of work. I used Rezt & Relax for my HDB home 10 years ago. The experience then was less than satisfactory. I was frustrated with the ID who delivered very poor quality work. However after reading various reviews and looking at the final reno design by other IDs of Rezt & Relax, I felt that probably I was unlucky and happen to engage an incompetent ID for my renovation. In 2021, I was just months away to key collection for my condo apartment and decided to contact Wilson (owner of Rezt & Relax) and he recommended me Angelyn Wong and assured me that the service and quality of work would meet my expectations. True enough, since start of meet up, to discussion on the interior design, start of renovation work till handover, Angelyn had been most professional and she gave good advice on space planning. On top of that, I like the Modern Luxury Theme design by her as well. She was very responsive and it was really a good experience working with her. Beside Angelyn, I was impressed by quality of the carpentry work as delivered by the carpenter used by her for my project. I also like the lifetime warranty feature from Rezt & Relax as this gives owners like myself great peace of mind too. So many owners have shared their horrifying experience of the renovation industry and the lifetime warranty was an important feature to me. I believe I will engage Rezt & Relax and Angelyn for my next renovation in future. I will like to say to Angelyn and Rezt & Relax “Please keep up the good work!”

I had the good fortune of having Angelyn & Emily from Rezt n Relax as my IDs for my 2-Room BTO. Throughout the process of the initial quotation to the 3D drawings to completion of renovation, they have shown a high degree of professionalism. The quality & workmanship of carpentry, tiling, electrical works, plumbing as well as full-length mirror installation & painting had been top-notch. There were only several minor issues that needed rectification, & these were attended to promptly. It helped greatly that Angelyn & Emily's design vision & suggestions were in sync with my style & taste, so there were no clash of ideas. They also gave excellent advice & tips on house decoration, which made it easier for me to buy the right furniture & fittings to suit my 45sqm home. I am truly grateful that the workers involved in renovating my home were all highly skilled in their work. Most of them were foreigners who had been away from their families for a couple of years during this pandemic & yet they were able to carry out their jobs dilligently.
