Highly recommend Eileen Tan as a skin doctor. Been there many times and had couple operations with her as well and she is always very professional and caring. Her team is also nice and efficient

You spent a lot of money for a Long waiting time, bad service. Dr. Tan’s consultation Time is around 10 mins and sold you a lot of unnecessary médicaments( include brand shampoo) for more than 800$. It is a little bit un professionnel. If you have hair loss problem, I will definitely suggest you to go to raffles hospital dr. Lynette. A good dr.

I used to have two big patches with no hair on my head. As a woman, I was embarrassed and felt uneasy in public. No doctors could help me until I found Dr Eileen Tan. She diagnosed that I had autoimmune disease which attacked my hair follicles. After her treatment, my hair grew back and I am now walking with confidence again. Dr Tan is really an expert, she is also very kind, always showing care and concern for me throughout my stressful period. Her staff are also professional and attentive.

Had the most terrible experience at Eileen Tan's clinic. Waited well over an hour for my appointment, only to see Eileen for five minutes. She was rushed, unengaged, not receptive to my questions. It was obvious she was just trying to see as many patients as possible without giving them the best treatment. Was then charged $500!! Definitely do not recommend going to her.

My son goes to Dr Tan for acne problems. Not cheap but very effective in her treatment. Highly recommended.

After dealing with psoriasis on my scalp and rosacea on my face for over 10 years and seeing several doctors, Dr. Eileen Tan and her products continue to be the only successful, long-term treatments that have worked for me. She and her clinic always follow up and are all wonderful and attentive with their patients!

Dr Eileen Tan has good bedside manner. A nice lady with good knowledge. A very down to earth doctor. Just that you have to catch up to her speed when listening to her as she speak quite fast. The clinic staff from both branches are empathetic and friendly too. And also, her products are good, especially the moisturiser that works for me.

The treatment results for my hair loss were okay, believe I have only ever actually consulted and seen the actual doctor once at the beginning of the treatment, afterwards it was always handled by the assistants and information was relayed thru them. This give me the impression of laziness in treating patients, in other words just another way to make as much money with limited time. I did not like the attitude of her team assistants as well. Altho the treatment itself was fine, their attitude to you depends on their subjective opinion of you, unprofessional and inconsistent, I didnt pay this money to be forced into a popularity contest. The staffs were too entitled to boisterous small talks and other nonsense from paying customers. Also, they can make you wait for up to an hour even if you came on time, and they dont seem to make any adjustment to try and prioritize patients that have waited for a long time. Overall bad experience for me, there are better service elsewhere for the price.
