★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon general practitioner referral, health center employee arranged a consultation for me at the Dermatology Practice and I was assigned to Dr. Rachael Teo.
I had two excisions for the removal of two moles from my skull.
Before the operation, Dr. Teo informed me very well about the procedure and what to expect afterward. It was a very smooth experience: no bleeding, no pain during or after the procedure.
I appreciate the attention given to the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t waste your valuable hard earned money by visiting this clinic. Doctors are inexperienced at work and doesn’t have complete understanding of treatment. They charge you $100’s for simple ointment and injections. My experience with this clinic was horrible. At first wrong diagnosis for a simple rash, prescribed tests and provided simple antibiotics which are Super expensive. At the end realised it was not a proper medication. Then started injection treatment after test results which is of no use. Rash doesn’t go off with a treatment event after a month. And doctor was pretending as he was injecting and then threw away injection while I have seen and lying again. Lol. Such an unprofessional behaviour. Can’t forget. Shame on your doctor profession. Learn ethics first. Lost respect for that doctor. We are common people treat Doctors with due respect. But we will lose if Doctors behave in that way. Worst experience ever. Won’t visit again.
Humble request for you all, think twice before you visit this clinic.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had pretty severe rosacea for about 15 years, and have consulted with at least 3 dermatologists and purchased countless of products off the counter before discovering this clinic. Nothing worked. I've been seeing Dr Lynn Teo for about a year now and I am pleased to say that for the first time in years, I finally saw drastic improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen Dr Lynn Teo twice for different skin allergy issues. She is phenomenal. Key difference is: she is very clear with explaining what root causes are and how they relate to the chain of symptoms. That often doesn't happen in Singapore, where other specialists assume you just want a prescription rather than a holistic understanding of what is going on.
The bottom line is: I leave the clinic informed, the treatment makes sense and most importantly it works.
Every specialist visit should be like this. Highly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spent more than $4000 here for treatment and the result after a good 6 months are still insignificant. doctors are not well trained at all either, couldnt differentiate a pimple and a growth. (ie. showed the doctor the growth and she said it was a pimple when it wasnt) prescribed medication did not help too.
service is below average for the price we are paying as well, it's least to say that we regret patronising this clinic. feels like they got their degree just for easy cash grab and they dont genuinely care about their customers. i could be wrong though. nonetheless, for the amount i have already invested on them, i hope they can prove me wrong and just let me see some results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facial was good and service is excellent.. The therapist is well trained in the facial techniques and she does it very well.. Face feels good and clean. Therapist is also very friendly and feel comfortable with her doing. Excellent.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always been very fond of Dr. Lynn Teo but after today my respect for her and the staff just increased ten-fold. I came in for a (very minor) outpatient surgery which I was feeling very anxious about. I told the staff so and they could have just easily brushed it off since the procedure was so small but instead they were extra kind and caring (held my hand, offered me a cold drink). The procedure was done very quickly and my anxiety had dissipated because of their extra support. I very much appreciate how they handled this situation with complete professionalism!
