Atrocious service. Was told to come back 1 week later at 2pm to collect an altered piece of clothing. When I went to collect it however, Kristine hadn’t even started on the piece, and told me to come back 1 hour later. If she could have done it on the spot, why was I told to come back 1 week later ? So, she butchered the job as expected for a slip shod piece of work. Nonetheless, her rates were too good to be true, so I decided to give her another shot. Second time in, she performed with the same poor workmanship as the first time. Worst - she seemed to have forgotten what had to be done, and ended up sewing the wrong components together. She had my number and name, and could have contacted me at any point in time to clarify what had to be done. Instead, she chose to guess what had to be done, ruining the clothing articles by leaving lovely stitch marks when we had to remove her poor work. I could deal with slip shod work and a butchered piece with good grace, but her attitude is what flipped the switch. When I asked her why she didn’t give me a call or try to at least clarify the work, or that if she was aware she had ruined the piece of clothing, her response was “it’s only a top”. Needless to say, I will not be going back ever.
