★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say open till 8pm. In reality you come 6:30pm to pick up your pictures but it is closed, door down, light inside on, no message on the door. Another customer is already waiting outside for more than 15minutes. If you call 30min later, there is no sorry and you get to know the person was out for eating in the meantime. If you go there they tell you that they do not have a piece of paper to put on the door to inform how long they are absent and if it is worth to wait. Unacceptable.

Recently I have been into film so as a newbie, they were nice to give me advice on how to take better films and I appreciate their insights. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. I feel their rates are reasonable for the location and their development process is quite fast.
