★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First timer, went in bc I was in the area and had time to spare. Painful slow eyebrow threading that gave me knicks. Scrapped my knees a few days ago and told them to leave that bit out while waxing but they went ahead and waxed my healing skin off. Definitely not honey wax bc this blue stuff gave me hives. No acknowledgement, apology nothing. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hit or miss. I've gotten on threading here before but this time it was so bad it left me with haematomas on my lids and spots around my eyebrows. They also don't sanitise the brush they use between clients; disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly unprofessional. I came for threading which normally should take 5 minutes. The staff told me to wait 15 minutes because she was waxing which was fine. So after 15 minutes I go in and am about to sit down a woman comes in, declaring she has an appointment at 11:15 (it’s 11:07) so the woman staffing tells me to leave and wait - it’ll only be 5 more minutes. 25 minutes later, I’m still waiting and she continues to tell me I’ll need to wait only 5 more minutes. Very disrespectful of her customer’s (my) time, and a sign of clear favoritism for regulars. She was also very rude the previous time I had come for threading, again not timely and was rude to my mother (???). Not okay. Store is always dirty and the staff are always rude for absolutely no reason.
Do not go to Navis, they will waste your time. Would give 0 stars if possible.
