How is this business even allowed to operate? 1. They never answer the phone 2. Phone is either busy or you get the fax machine (which renders the line busy for a while) 3. Waiting 4 weeks now for my test results, still nothing... This place needs serious change otherwise it's just an income property

Tl;dr (too long; didnt read) Effective, albeit very expensive. Not for the common/lower income folk. Do seek a polyclinic for a referral for somewhere affordable unless your arthritis & rheumatism is extremely serious that you need immediate help to alleviate the inflammation and symptoms. Explanation: This clinic charges expensive fees and medication for people in need for arthritis & rheumatism. Arthritis & rheumatism affects many old people and is highly probable in females. There is incongruency in the bills and charges each time you visit the clinic. There will be discounts on a particular jab/injection on one visit and none on another visit. Recommending a 4000 IU dose of Vitamin D in the form of injections and/or supplements when it can be easily obtained over the counter or walking under the sun is really not the way. Also, no one expects private doctors to run a charity - but it is unfortunate that this is exacerbated a huge lack of talented and professional practitioners in the area of arthritis & rheumatism.

Appointment booking was fast and I was able to see Dr within 4 working days. The waiting time at clinic was not too bad (approx.20-30min for 1st time patient). Dr Yoon was highly experienced, and diagnosis and treatment done during 2nd visit. -1 star for their steep rates and clinic not informing the estimated cost of lab test (turned out to be ~500...). I visited twice and total bill was ~1350 now. Still need to go for 1 more lab test and 1 follow-up. Hence not recommend to those on tight budget or in tight insurance coverage plan. I can't complain much, considering the waiting time for my next specialist option is ~2 mths.

My strong advice to you before you accept any treatment (after consult) is to get the pricing. We asked how much but didn’t get a clear estimate but we should have pressed on. I am really disappointed at the professionalism of this clinic, and in a way, it is a shame to the name they called themselves. Because it comes across as money making more than a desire to help my elder parent relieve her knee pains. Needless to say, she is none the better after spending a few thousands. (While we didn’t buy into the way she would be treated as there was not much explained, our elderly parent bought into the Hope the doctor was giving.)

Brought my mum there for her gastric issue, they gave medication, it was too expensive n slow service. Will not go there.

Rude auntie customer service who picked up the call. Think she never been trained basic politeness how to answer call or customer. Few times had to argue with her regarding booking appointment via call.

Dr. Yoon is a great doctor and has great bedside manner. My sister was the first one who went to consult him. She was suffering in great pain on both knees and was hesitant to see Dr Yoon because of some badly written reviews . Despite the bad reviews, she went ahead to see him and discovered that all the bad reviews shared on the website were not true. Dr. Yoon was very attentive to her and caring and most importantly, the injections were given to her had miraculously cured her knees. I saw the difference in her as people love to put it "before" and "after" and that best described her. Her husband sought the doctor's help immediately with his back after seeing the end results on his wife. Thereafter, my eldest sister and my mum followed her to consult Dr. Yoon on different days. Now, it became a "family" business, haha. I like about the bills as all were very detailed and consultation was only $70 as compared to other specialists who charged a consultation of $100 or more. Thanks Dr. Yoon for being so attentive to my family and your patients.

My mom went on her own so I was not sure of the credibility of the treatment she received. However I do want to comment the charges are very high (>$700+ for a visit). Second visit is scheduled 1W later and third visit is scheduled 2W later. She didn’t bring back any report nor do I have the knowledge to judge the necessity or all the prescription. Like some reviewers, she is stopping the visits due to limited effectiveness and the unsustainable fees involved. Update: When I showed her next doctor the bill the doctor says the prescription addresses similar symptoms but doesn't address my mom's condition. After the lab test I expect the root cause to be addressed and not symptoms alone. In the end some $65 pills ? prescribed by the next GP helped improved her mobility lots! Elderly should be accompanied by their children for additional opinions and understanding.
