Looked around extensively for a smarthome setup, in the end went with c.inhaus. No regrets as wai hoong and team met and exceeded our expectations. Their products are reliable and good value, service and support was excellent and prompt. They were not pushy and came up with solutions to meet our requirements. They took the time to answer my questions and tailor the setup to our specifications. Have recommended them to my friends and continue to do so.

Wai Hoong is very knowledgeable and patient. He made an effort in understanding my needs and took time in explaining his proposal to ensure i fully understand what i am getting. He is very responsive throughout the entire engagement. What surprises me was the after sales service from Wai Hoong, he remains responsive to my queries on operating the system and whenever i encountered some minor issues he will always be there to help and ensure it gets resolve.

Wai Hoong and James were very helpful during the installation and months after when I met certain issues. Was introduced to Definitive Technology speakers that was set up for my audio and visual equipment together with a Marantz amplifier. Enjoyed it very much.

It has been half a year since we moved into our new home, powered by the smart home automation from Inhaus. We are very happy with the systems thus far, and they have been working perfectly for us! We came to know Inhaus through a referral, after visiting many brands of smart home solutions. Upon the first meet up with Wai Hoong and his team, we were sure that Inhaus is what we were looking as he is very knowledgeable with the various smart home solutions. From planning to execution, the team has been fantastic. They spent time understanding our needs and our requirements at the same time sharing with us their various smart home systems then eventually recommended the ideal one for our home. Not only did they supported us with the smart home solutions, the team also advise us on the design layout of our home. Inhaus had referred us to great partners too (e.g lighting specialists and window shade specialist), which supplies all our light fittings, motorized curtains and blinds. Inhaus's electrician whom we had engaged as well had great knowledge of smart systems and was able to execute the job perfectly. After our renovation is completed, WH’s team came to our house and was able to configure and setup the smart systems within the day. The team has been great and is very responsive to check the system remotely quickly whenever we faced challenges familiarizing the system especially when we first moved in. We are very grateful to Wai Hoong and his team for their dedication and time in building our smart home! Kudos to the team!
