★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very friendly even though this place was a bit busy. Dr. Toh was extremely nice, too. She was very caring and ask a lot of questions and did necessary checkups. Very hard to find a friendly doctor in SG nowadays. Overall the visit was very pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the heart voice website kept saying: notice, get data failed even though i made an account. I used the links they whatsapped me. I'm sorry if im being harsh but im very frustrated as so many vax booking websites also had issue, especially for sinovac. When i called they only had automated messages and no option to talk to any agents, even their whatsapp was also automated which made it so hard to even ask what the problem was. If booking online already has so many issues for so many websites and contacting someone for help feels equally futile, id rather just not get vaxed lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the Sinovac vaccine appointment here. But had a VERY BAD experience. Obviously the clinic cannot handle this many customers. But still let people crowd together and wait for hours in the hallway. Increasing the risk of spreading the virus a lot!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked my sinovac booster via moh for 3 May 2pm. Arrived early at the clinic to find out it’s closed?!? Every single store and clinic there is closed. If it’s closed then do not allow booking online like all other clinics. Screwed up my plans and had no one to contact. Highly unprofessional. Do not go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the doctor seemed reasonable, the reception was a bit disorganized. (1) I called in advance but my appointment was not in their system. (2) They forgot to tell me that I had to take supervised ART before coming in. As the clinic doesn't have the facility, I had to go find another clinic just to do ART while being sick with fever. They just told me to search myself. (3) I came back with the result and one receptionist told me that I still cannot see the doctor. They are the one who told me to go get ART and come back. Doesn't make sense. Another receptionist let me in later. (4) The doctor said she can perform ART. Why do they send me to another clinic if their own doctor can do it. (5) They forgot to pass me one of my meds and MC.

Everything went smoothly. Nurses explained to me what was going to happen at every station of the health screening and suggest on what I can do to improve the situation.
Nurses and doctor were professional and friendly throughout my experience here.
