★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Fengmi ALR fixed screen. Price was OK. But the fun of shopping is missing. If you only care about good price this is the place. Owners quite rude and unhelpful if you negotiate. Which kills any joy of shopping. If you want good shopping experience, you better off shop elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visisted the shop after I saw a 4k laser projector on Shopee. The service was very good and the staff very friendly. The lady explained the projector functions to me and helped me to switch the language from Chinese to English :) The customer is king in this store and I recommend it for everyone looking for a 4K beamer and/or screens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in 2020 when I bought my first Laser Projector, Element5 was the only show in town. Met Ken then and he was very helpful with my purchase. Fast forward to 2022. My 9yo son spoiled the remote. So I called Ken and asked if he had a replacement I could buy from him. He then said he would check for me. To my surprise after I called back, Ken generously said he had a 2nd hand set but could not in good conscience sell it to me. He said he would give to me for FREE. Needless to say I was shocked and thanked him for his uncommon kindness. I've since gone to buy 2 additional remotes from WEMAX(Hopefully legit from CN) One to replace my own damaged one. Another to give to him and to return the used unit he kindly gave to a stranger so that he can pass it on again. Thanks Ken for being an awesome human being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ken and Fiona are the extremely helpful and accommodating couple that run the store. My wife and I visited their showroom a few times to decide on our projector and they gave insightful, honest opinions each time. I originally got the Formovie 4K UST projector but had a change of heart when Netflix could not be run on it.
They allowed me to change to another projector while trading in the Formovie at its purchase price. The entire purchase experience was enjoyable. Would recommend anyone looking for projectors and screens to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a UST projector TV, came across Element5, spoke with Ken and he was so helpful and knows his stuff that I bought a Formovie projector on the spot. No regrets! Now I'm looking forward to buy a ALR screen and Starke speakers from them. Their prices and service really blows away their competition.
