★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cosy gym!! 1-1 training with daily meal advice. its best to train after their Hyper Knife treatment to get the best out of it. you can really feel the difference, I was sweating like a pig. The best!!

I love eating and drinking , and during those period when I was trained by them I did not have to change my diet drastically. Yet I managed to get back in shape and gain my stamina. They are very knowledgeable about post-natal training too, I was confident and comfortable to let Akina train me after 1 month postpartum. I will definitely recommend them to my friends, family, whoever looking for losing weight, building shape, post / pre natal trainings!
