Skinz heritage

Their business website and their fb account is listed as Skinz Heritage. However, it took me awhile to look for them as they are operating under another business entity (Amazing Weight Management) A red flag?? The treatment done by the beatician, Monique, was alright and she was polite throughout. No complain. But the lady in charge of this outlet ( a petite lady who doesn't sound local) made the experience very unpleasant. She uses high pressure tactics. When she failed to make me buy the package, she tried to make me pay for a VIP for $10. ( I know right... $10???) What kind of VIP service? Seriously, when all else fails, she just wanted to make another 10 bucks out of me. Well anyway she was very unhappy when I refused to give in to her pressure. I would not recommend you ladies to sign up for any packages with them. My advice - save your money and the trouble. Trust factor 0.

Service is average. Owner is horrible. She uses high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign up for a package. When she fails, she demanded that I take up the VIP membership for...$10. Membership offers little or no value which makes me think that she just wants my $10. That's no way to do business in Singapore. It's deceitful and a damn shame. And a really really bad way to treat a customer. My advice is to skip this place altogether and go to a proper spa. This place is also not a gym!!! If there's a zero star, I would rate them just that. ???????
