★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's on the top floor, and the high ceilings make the space look nice and open. Wide array of gym equipment, team of great personal trainers, various types of fitness and yoga classes. They have corporate plans as well, so might be worth looking into those in case your company has a tie up with them already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ always feel my mood soar whenever i’m here, be it after a stressful work day or mundane weekend. music is good and the lessons really pack a punch. instructors are great; very energetic & encouraging, and can tell they always give their 100%. also love that they provide gym clothes and socks so i can pack light. fantastic place to take mind off the usual daily grind and just let go.... until it’s back to reality again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym that sadly is not adapting that well to the new times, the current booking system is draconian and makes finding a gym spot way too difficult without the gym adapting prices or services...
There has not been much innovation also and the changing area could do with a few more water features as right now it is a bit lacking compared to similar priced gyms.
Having said all that it is maybe one of the best offers for a full gym in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bright and clean space with good facilities: never had a bad experience with billing or pausing my membership. Arvin and Gavin were both really helpful and kind in our interactions! Staff at reception are also really lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is great, staff is great, facilities are good. Workout stations tho could get some new additions over time, so many years and yet no changes.
Why giving only 1 stars? The locker maintenance is terrible and super annoying that some don’t work at all, other lockers won’t open anymore and staff need to be called in to assist. And this happens very frequently.
In addition for the lack of maintenance and reduced opening hours, they now increase the monthly fees from 185 to 200.
