★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum brought their product from Etronin at Bedok North and this is a major scam. Imagine having a stove that goes off every time you open your cupboard below - the genius designers at this company decides to draw air from a dead zone from within the depths of the cupboard. When we complained about it, they came and just told us it was a design issue and told us to basically “suck it up”.
Avoid this brand at all cost, sometimes being local just breeds this kind of bad behavior and image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ellane! I just bought this 3 days ago, faced the same problem. Whoever designed this put the air baffles below the gas hob, knowing well that such designs are meant for table top cabinet!
Who in the right mind design something like that with the intention of drawing air (oxygen) from within a closed cabinet with doors!
Now I have to live with cooking with door ajar!. Thanks STUPID ELLANE!
