Very happy with their workmanship on their grille so I decide to let them to do my outdoor blind as well. Exceptional service delivered professionally. I made contact with Alice Ma quite some months ago when considering to replace the old aluminum windows and grille. I had been living abroad for the past years and had lost touch with the current renovation trends, so it was challenging to manage renovation work. Alice had been delightful and clearly demonstrated her wealth of knowledge in the products. It's noteworthy that Alice displayed high professionalism by fulfilling the site visit appointments despite being unwell. We depend greatly on reliable and honest contractors to ensure long-lasting outcomes, and I am happy to say that EndoGrilles met all my needs. In addition, the level of professionalism delivered by the installation workers is highly commendable. I suspect that the two workers weren't buddies, but they didn't let their differences get in the way of work. I would rather have two privately disagreeing workers but work towards achieving the same goal than two agreeing workers to collaborate and snake on the job. Just saying. Come another important part, prices offered are really competitive, and in hindsight of the beautiful job done, I think I've got myself a great bargain! It's probably worth mentioning, my sister lives across my building, so she had her grilles done by EndoGrille at the same time. The workers started early at her place, and then came over to my place and wrapped things up at around 8pm! Workmanship has been consistent even though they had worked since morning, that is pure dedication! Thumbs up!

I engaged Endo Grilles to put up invisible grilles for my unit due to good reviews on their teflon-coated wire series. During actual engagement, I found the Kenneth to be sincere and flexible. So much so that I decided to get window restrainers from EG as well. Although there were some minor mistakes by installation team when installing on my wood-decked floor, EG happily rectified them in the following trip. On hindsight, slightly more supervision on installation team would've eliminated the need for that extra trip. Overall, I am delighted with the look and feel of the finished work. Thanks EG for making this a pleasant journey to a great outcome.

We engaged Endo Grilles to install invisible grilles for our balcony. The process from start to finish was smooth. After submitting a quotation request, the admin person followed up over WhatsApp and immediately assigned Kenneth as our sales rep within 24hrs. He was very responsive in his follow-ups and also provided a great offer that beat the quote of other vendors we were assessing. On installation day, 2 workers arrived (with a lot of equipment) promptly at 9am to begin the work. It went on till 3pm and they cleaned the place up after they were done. (Photos shared show some debris as cleaning had not completed) I’m pleased with the outcome of the installation and would recommend Endo Grilles.

We got Endo's All-Weather grille and we are really happy about its quality :D The buying process was pleasant - definitely no pushy sales tactics. Upon seeing the quality of workmanship and material in the showroom, we decided to purchase their curtains was well. It was proven to be the right choice over our initial intention of getting blinds - all thanks to the advice from the team. I sent in an enquiry about having grills for my big windows and obtained a very quick reply. Measurements were taken and the type of grills were chosen. I went with all weather grills. The team was very patient with me as I was looking for safety for both humans and furry friends and yet did not want to feel like being trapped in. The questions i asked on What's App were replied to promptly even though they were asked not during normal working hours. In the end, the solution for me was to have sliding encasement. The installers had a very tough time with this request as the windows are very big and they also had to maneuver past some furniture. They did their best to set up the grills and the family is very happy with the end product.
