Astique The Aesthetic Clinic

I have been to Astique Clinic for over a year now and I really enjoyed my facial there. Jessica does facial for me and she does a very thorough cleaning and she takes pride in her job. Her service is excellent and she does not hard sell anything. That's is the plus point for me as compared to other places. Just simple comfortable with Astique.

Update 25Feb22: Decided to give Astique another chance. The manager took the initiative to apologize sincerely when I was there. Definitely saw improvements in the service lapse mentioned in my previous feedback. Appreciate the good effort and service recovery. Looking forward to better experience and better skin with Astique. --- Overall experience here is not terrible, nor fantastic. One thing to note is that appt timings are screwed. Be prepared to wait till 5pm for a 4pm appt. Appts are also hard to book if you are working normal office hours. So best bet is to take half day off work just to go for this. Writing this cos have done a few lasers here. Latest experience was the worst (waited an hour and in between the treatment, there were people opening the door, whispering convs, switch of therapists halfway through the treatment). No introduction too so you don't know who is doing for you. Also need to do your own research on the treatments too - otherwise may have to request for consultations with the doc separately. Needs improvement certainly. Reply 27Jan22: Hi Astique, there is no need for the call as I believe Shabeena (or at least the lady walking out of Shabeena's room) was there when I was waiting for my turn. She would have noted that I waited for a really long time since she went to ask the staffs what treatments we were all doing. 100% true feedback.

Great service at the Astique clinic. Doctor Yong is very honest and recommends only the treatments suitable for me, very patient to explain the risks of every procedures and makes sure Im very comfortable before proceeding with treatment. The staffs Shabeena, fion, jessica are very professional and friendly, taking care of me throughout the session, would recommend my friends and family.

Dr Yong is very easy to talk to. He listens to my request patiently and discuss what are the possible solutions. He is gentle and quick when performing all the treatments. No hard selling fr him at all. Recomm!

Been with Astique for the last 4+ years and am very satisfied with their services. Dr Yong is knowledgeable and professional and the staff are friendly and helpful. The treatments are wallet friendly and it’s my go to place for my aesthetic facials and lasers.

Found the clinic online for acne treatment, both doctor and staff were helpful in diagnosing and identifying the appropriate treatment. I was able to see excellent results after 2-3 sessions and have continued to visit the clinic for skin maintenance. :)

I have been with Astique for a number of years and have only had positive experiences so far. The laser treatments recommended are targeted to my specific needs and all laser treatments at Astique are administered by a qualified doctor. Dr Yong explains all the treatments, what to expect with each treatment, possible side effects and follow up very clearly. My facial therapist, Jessica, is very skilled & personable and her face massages are fantastic! I would recommend her highly! Overall I have been very satisfied with their services.
