Bad experience. They says drama-free delivery. But the stupid Mumbai customs hold my parcel for about a month and finally discard after my request to avoid their warehouse rental. I never know the eparcelnow uses UPS. If I came to know prior to use their service, I suppose to use other service. Because UPS is not supported by Indian customs. The drama starts from there. The parcel was contains Axe brand medicated oil, hair growth lotion and instant coffee. All are general items and open to purchase in Singapore retail store or online shops without any prescription from doctor. But the highly intelligent(stupid) Mumbai customs force me to submit doctor's prescription. No doctors want to give prescription for these kind of items! Even the UPS India personal also not willing to help on explaining to customs on behalf of me. They just asked me documents only. You see the poor customer service or inefficiency from UPS? This is why I prefer not to use UPS. Eparcelnow also not contactable through phone. So, no way to get proper information. Please do not use their service unless you didn't faced any issues before. I don't even want to give single star. But here can't post without giving one start rating.

My shipment was rejected and not shipped, was informed will be refunded but no news from them. It is pain to reach them, no contact number and need to Google for web base message to them. They don't even read Facebook messages.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Especially to India. They took 2 weeks to deliver against a promise of 3 working days. They also charged extra money at destination in the name of import tax - no receipt given! Lastly they do not respond once they collect your parcel. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE to phone calls and emails. Radio silence. NOT RECOMMENDED.
