★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is like a shared office buidling. Epson is level 4 all the way at the end of long corridor. The staffs and people are nice and friendly. Went there to print above a3 sizes pieces from photographers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service; however, the location within the building is very difficult to find. Suggest that they erect signs to inform people of their location. If you are visiting, the centre is located on the left after the gantry point for heavy vehicles. If you are driving, park at Lobby 2 and walk to the end of the building and turn left. The Epson Service centre is the first unit after you turn left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time buying Epson printer. Unable to connect to printer and called customer service. They were unable to fix the problem and promised to get someone to call back. After 2 weeks, no one called and I have to call in again. Again, the problem was unable to be solved and they promise to get someone to call back again. And as expected, no one call back. With this kind of customer service support. I believe this is going to be my first and last time buying Epson products!
