Have requesting my payslip after I left the firm.
They have requested my personal email address and mentioned that will send it to me via email.
Upon inquiry, they said they will sent us via mailing address but not email and they straight close my inquiry without my consent.
I have sent follow-up email to them for a week and no replies from their end.
Please reply my email as soonest. Thanks.

They are contracted to do my personal Singapore and US taxes. They extend deadline to do my taxes but don't communicate. Even requesting service through their portal gets ignored. If you can avoid these tax preparers, you should.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tough environment, but the people are generally nice and willing to help. 2 sides of the same coin - work is tough and long but you gain a ton of experience and knowledge. Please think very carefully/try out an internship before joining full-time to aspiring consultants/accountants!
