★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed the package because of Coach Chika at CIS but I realised that he is merely a part timer (should have informed when I initially signed for!). What I am not pleased is that the sessions were constantly trained by various coaches (without any communication!) instead of a delegated one.
ESPZEN should also improve on its internal and external communication. The miscommunication was even started on the very 1st session :(
