★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lakeville enjoys the convenience of the main artery road (Boon Lay Way) that connects to PIE, AYE, Jurong East and West, and in proximity of HDB's neighborhood amenities of wide varieties, MRT station, good schools, Jurong Lake Gardens, JLD, 2nd CBD blah blah... What more to ask for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live here and just love the place more and more. The facilities are good, ppl are friendly. Next to the entrance, there are a small mart, cafe, hair salon, laundry service spot, which is super convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new leasehold condo facing the Chinese Garden lake n walkable to the Lakeside mrt station. Quite big size swimming pool n spacious green plus very nice bbq pit facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless management. Condo full of Dog Urine. Every single day I go out of my block I find a Urine infront of my block gate, and several times I had to return back and change my shoes, as stepped on Urine without noticing. I informed management, but 0 reaction they didn't even put a Warning on wall! They simply don't do their job. So if you think to rent here a flat, just skip it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean condo, huge pool, nice gardens, strategic location (near markets, several foodcourts, MRT), aircon on its lift lobby. It is 6 yrs old now but doesnt require repainting, looks like 1-2 yrs old condo only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pretty nice new condo with resort style facilities. most amenities are spacious. pools have multiple beach chairs including several that are submerged. there is a small convenience store and hair salon located at the main entrance. note that the condo is quite far from the nearest hawker centre or supermarket. Although the name of the condo refers to the nearby lake, there is no convenient crossing or link to it (you have to use the traffic crossing near the Canadian International School
