โ โ โ โ โ My family have been with esso sembawang b for more than 15 years. Was satisfied with their service & friendly staffs. But recently there is a new malay cashier(wearing hijab) working with them. The first time i saw her i thought she is just like others but after few times, i felt that she is flirting with customer especially men. She even asked for my contact number. I think is not appropriate to have such behaviour from the staff. Hope Esso will maintained good staffs with good attitude n ethic..

โ โ โ โ โ This petrol station is where I usually top up my petrol. Eventhough it is quite a distance from my place in Yishun, I find that, it not so crowded,like the petrol station in Yishun. Further more there are two Esso stations, facing each other at these place. There are also other brand of petrol stations side by side at both side of the road. The pump attendance uncles are very friendly and courteous to all the customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Came to fill up tank when they changing their shift, I totally understand if we need to wait for awhile, but one of your cashier's hida' something super attitude. At least you can do is say sorry for the wait. I've waited almost 15mins for them to change shift. Luckily the uncles outside was super friendly, and keep apologizing of the delay. Ask the uncles to teach this girl some manners.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad outlet i have order using grab mart to order some snack and I'm paying by visa card of amount of $20.20. and also end up the outlet grab apps was been closed. Then my money they take i try to called the outlet many time but no response at all... i will make a report about this outlet and email to the hq esso as well. So please be prepared for my complaint...

โ โ โ โ โ So today my wife and i wanted to redeem and us the Esso rewards 750 points for petrol. It was a $30 off discount. But after paying i only got $5 discount as the sales assistant or cashier name Mabel, key in the wrong discount code 4001. Which my code was 4006. So my code or discount was not use at all and now i cant redeem it anymore.750 points takes almost a year to redeem it. And the Cashier keep insisting we shown the wrong code when i actually show 4006 and even screenshot it. Mabel didnt even apologise or even TRY to help.
