Sinopec Woodlands - 150 Woodlands Ave 5

The pump attendants and cashiers are all good! But, the car wash is a scam, BEWARE. As per stated in the signboard, its $9 for sedan car wash -which is automatically as per Sg standards, basic wash for whole car including tyres and rims (basic). Of course if you want the special rim SONAX wash or polishing its additional charges. But in SINOPEC Woodlands, the Indian car washer, comes to your window and says the $9 wash is only for the car body and mirrors. Tyres and rims not included even for basic wash. HE demands for additional $4 for tyre and rims wash, and guess what ? He eventually uses the same cloth used for car body wash, and wipes the rim and tyres... THATS ALL! So its $9 + $4 for a basic car wash and BASIC rim and tyre wash. AND the additional $4 is not mentioned anywhere on the menu. So this is a plain act of RIPPING OFF. I had so much respect for the Malaysian workers at Sinopec, but this 2 car washers are SCAM ARTISTES. Pls BEWARE ! I hope the Sinopec management will look into this, or else you gonna loose more and more carswash customers.

Went there a week back. Crowded because of the timing I went, but the crowd (or cars) was well managed by the attendants. Loved the bright deco both at the pumps and in the shop.

My all-time favourite petrol station! At least know about 9 staff who are currently working here. Very friendly petrol attendants and friendly counter staffs. For Private Hirer Vehicle - PHV, special discounts are given. So nice for the Petrol company to recognise PHV drivers and giving them discounts compared to other petroleum companies in Singapore. Been to both Yishun & Woodlands (New) outlets. Ultimate 10/10 for this Sinopec Yishun & Woodlands Outlets! Keep up the good work.

Spacious, many pumps available, it can be crowded during peak times .... however i just avoid .... pretty large cashier area ... but just lots of snacks .... oh yeah ... had a not too good experience with their washroom .... it couls have been cleaned & restockes more often ....

The car wash is terrible. First time heard people asked do they need to wash wheel. Charged extra for washing wheel. Did not clean inner door trim. Car was not wash properly. Ended up have to do my own cleaning again. Will not visit again.

3 stars because the nozzles are extremely oily at this station. I never encounter oily nozzles at other petrol stations. And the pump attendants are more of traffic marshallers instead of helping drivers top up fuel. I do not mind topping up my own fuel but please ensure the nozzles are not oily.

Another cost saving and environmental friendly gasoline brand. I like the kiosk layout and restroom. Definitely will be my 1st choice for petrol refill. Friendly cashier and pump attendance. Great effort, Congratulations SinoPec!! ??

New and spacious petrol station equipped with plenty of pump stations and sufficient manpower. Staff are friendly and attentive. Will definitely visit this petrol station regularly for refueling and some quick shopping as well. Ooh, did I mentioned they have car wash services too, except there is no vacuum service.
