★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A normal shell station that people don’t normally visits very often due to it’s ridiculous overpriced fuel(thought a bit better than the rest).i also have no much respect for shell after they replaced 7 eleven with their shell select which charged ridiculous prices compare to before.No one even buy from there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today and i saw a guy explaining that he wants to split his payment. Both the chinese ladies were just pretending not to understand. The customer got frustrated and just said he wanna make a single payment instead. Once he left, one of the ladies referred to him as a "mad man" in mandarin. Even when i want to make payment, the other lady just ignored my instruction. When i told the ladies that you need to respond so that you dont make customers frustrated like the previous one, she just replied "all the customers same lah". Poorest customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. The service standards here is way above that of my usual JAI station. One even gave a pitch for tge car wash. And it was a Sunday and long weekend.
For starters, the Chinese forecourt staff greeted us (family) upon arrival and departure. The south-Asian descent cashier was most efficient and courteous given the many discounts and voucher systems in place. Merchandising was better visually and intuitive with complementary products side by side.
Ya. This was what petrol sales should be.
One gripe: the air pump is erratic
