Best Buffet restaurant in Singapore

S	Shen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the more premium buffet dinner to date. There's wagyu and miso chicken skewer live station. The octopus(pulpo) squid ink pasta would do bettwr with a bit more of salt as the sauce is bland and tasteless. The pasta texture is really done well. Truffle peking duck carving Stationis the main higlight and it can be quite addictive. There were Sashimi, sushi, oysters, mussles, clams, scallops, crabs, tiger cereal prawn, soft shell crab, duck consommé and deconstructed cakes in a jar were too pretty to eat. The tiramisu, banana and lemon desserts were really good. The seating layout were small cosy dining room for about few groups of diner. The Indian station u really have to try the briyani rice with butter chicken and mutton masala. The meat is so tender and flavourful. Truffle duck was the best and only available for dinner buffet. The service provided was impeccable. Free parking coupons were provided.

There are a lot of varieties to choose from - sashimi, fresh seafood, cooked seafood, Chinese food, cheese & ham bar, pasta, noodles, dim sum. The best part was the dessert. They have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic desserts in pots, all of them delicious. -@zanthrea

Loved the truffle pasta and truffle Peking duck. Mains had Chinese, Indian and Western dishes including Beef Wellington, cooked Oysters in White Wine, and Lobsters. There's definitely something for everybody including cotton candy, magician, painting area with cartoons on screen to keep the young entertained. Free flow of Laurent Perrier Brut which pairs brilliantly with the dishes. Well priced with good quality of dishes & attentive service.

Featuring the best dessert lab you’ll ever laid eyes on. Beautiful Estate is everything done right - from the classy black ambience with gorgeous lighting, plush seats and the eye-pleasing flowery prints. The layout of the buffet was beautiful as you weave from room to room - it’s well presented with fresh herbs and studio lighting. Food was splendid reflecting local and Western flavours. It’s truly faultless, bearing the Hilton trademark. #eatstylishtravelstylish

The breakfast is absolutely first class with everything you can possibly want for breakfast: raw vegetable juices, fruit, laksa, Asian and Indian cuisine, rice porridge, eggs, pancakes, and any type of tea or coffee you can imagine. We tried many different dishes and were never disappointed. In addition, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant can get very busy but we went around 7am every morning and didn’t have an issue getting a table. The restaurant opens at 06:30. Staying at the Hilton is a great experience, and the breakfast is one of many reasons to come back… and we will.
