EstheClinic (East Coast) - 424 Joo Chiat Rd

I didn't think the facial was worth $240. As a consumer when I think of getting a facial, I would like the full service, a calm zen environment where I can relax, get a face massage, face mask on top of whatever treatment I choose. My experience instead was a bright florescent room (like a doctors office), my therapist did her job and used the machine I chose for my treatment and nothing else. There was no steam, no massage, no extractions, no face mask. She didn't even have a magnifying mirror to look at my pores and know what parts to go over. Overall my treatment was no more than 30mins and I felt like I just went to a doctors clinic for a procedure. Nothing about the experience reminded me of a facial except the machine that was used as I had chosen a treatment that I was familiar with.

Super love this place, the staffs are always so professional and friendly. Most importantly their treatment works. I am currently on a cellulite treatment and their bikini ipl, it’s been super great and results are better than expected. Thank you EstheClinic Joo Chiat team for always taking care of me!

Great experience on every session. Superb service! I signed up for underarms IPL Perm Hair Removal last year and the treatment exceeded my expectations. This year, I signed up for IPL Whitening, Stretch Marks Reduction and Lift Me Up. I'm seeing great results just after 3 sessions. Their services makes the journey even much more delightful.

Cannot recommend Estheclinic enough! The team at East Coast branch is absolutely the best. Therapist Kim has always been very patient and professional throughout the whole ipl procedure. The clinic is spacious and clean too! In short, always a good experience here in EstheClinic! Do go if you're looking for a 5 star experience

So glad I found this gem of a place. IPL is effective and painless, in fact every session feels so pampering thanks to the professional and caring therapists. No hard sell here, hence each visit feels comfortable and relaxing. Everyone from receptionists to therapists are always friendly and cheerful. Place is clean and well maintained. I'll highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a onestop shop for their beauty services!
