Was getting my roots bleached and when the stylist mentioned there was breakage i had expected some because i am bleaching my hair and i’m bound to get some breakage but almost half or even more of my hair has fallen out, it’s disappointing because you put trust into the stylist, and then by the end of the session she did not even bother to blow dry my hair properly, the back of my hair was still wet, i had high hopes but i’m really upset and disappointed UPDATE: after having talked with the salon regarding my hair, they were extremely helpful and apologetic and have tried to make up for the experience so I am appreciative and my outlooks have changed. I'm glad that they accepted their responsibilities and were very professional so overall although unfortunately this happened to me I am happy with the outcome , once again thank you!

This place is top notch. The colorists know exactly what they're doing, and will always give you a super professional, gorgeous color job. They usually have separate people who cut, and I love Aaron. He is very detail oriented with an artist's eye. It was clear to me that he was taking time to assess how the cut looked as he went. I was impressed! Overall, I wouldn't say they are curly hair experts (let's face it-few places are) but they do a great job with my curls anyway. They are always up to date on what's in style though, so if you bring in ideas, they can get it just right. There was a lady next to me getting extensions put in to thicken her bob and they made it look so perfectly blended you would never know! While this is a pricey place to me, I do believe I get what I pay for here.

It was my third session for highlights here and this time my hair are realy damaged. Have been bleaching my hair for years and never got this result. What a shame since you expect Expat hair should have a good understanding of expat's lighter and softer hair and this is what you expect for the premium you pay. The head massage was nice but it did not compensate for spoilt hair. Update: a month after posting my review I did realise the salon reacts only to positive reviews ?

Why did I found this so late in my life? Just super nice experiences so far. Expert colour and cut hairdressers. A dream come true.

I was not happy with my balayage experience. The stylist was not careful at all and poked me in the eye several times. I was very cold and uncomfortable in the salon and also my dye faded off in less than a week.

Wonderful service at this salon, the booking process was so simple and stylist Julie truly made my hair look and feel better than it has in years! Really happy with my blonde highlights and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Had the best experience! Calli was so professional and got the colour I wanted perfectly! She advised on what would work well and managed my expectations. The result was better than I expected. I’ve visited many other colourists in Singapore but they never get the tone I request. Calli got it spot on!!!

I went to see Kat. This is my first salon visit in Singapore and have been suffering from extreme hair loss due to PP. Kat has been very kind and lovely to me, she even taught me how to style my curly frizzy hair. Gave an amazing cut. Would recommend everyone to go here. So worth it!
