I have been a customer with Spacio Parkway for many years ranging from Skin to TCM treatment. It is a really pleasant experience and 西娟 who does my facial is knowledgeable and also helpful with my request. Keep up with the great service !

Consultant Yuki is friendly and beautician Yvonne is skillful and gentle.

I first bought the facial package and became a regular customer. Treatments had been very relaxing and effective so I topped up my package. Mostly I'd have Yvonne as my therapist and she did such a great job. Then I had this severe back pain so I gave a try at their massage and ended up buying the package too with no regrets. My spa therapist, Jenny Sun was excellent in her skills, knowledge, attentive care and willingness to go the extra mile for her customers. I'd recommend her to everyone who looks for a healing body treatment. And personally, whenever I come back to S'pore, I'll surely book her again!

Last minute (2h before my booking, and that's only because I Whatsapp them to cfm my booking) tell me no space for my appt which i had already booked days prior. No respect for client’s time. still want to charge $128++ for massage. please.

They never failed to ask u to top up their service when u turn up for the facial. It's very irritating and I can't even enjoy the facial service. Shoulder massge only last 30s ! Shortest time I ever had ! Hate to go there. Will never go back after completed my package. Wrong choice.

Establishment with dishonest and unsavory practices. Appointments are not honored, despite booking 2 weeks to a month ahead. Reminders a day before switches appointment time to whatever suits them, sometimes 6 hours difference from what was booked. When questioned, messages are not responded to, and the staff calls so that they do not document anything on a message thread in black and white. All this to prevent customers from utilizing purchased packages. Requests for refund are not entertained even though they claim there are no available slots for appointments or changing appointment times whenever they feel like it. Staff at front counter keep changing and the blame is always passed to person who is not around. Hard selling of packages- don't mind if therapist is good and service acceptable, however, disappointing to find such practices. Initial appointment with therapist Yang Hong was beneficial as her technique was good.

The message and treatment are actually quite good but I don’t like the hard selling on their herbal products. First time went there they treated you very well, the subsequent time they’re trying to ask you to top up and do the herbal wrap. After last session of my package I decided not to sign up more package, but they kept offering different packages with different pricing and even cheaper than my first package. I decided not to take up, as pricing is not transparent. If only they have transparent and fixed price for all the treatments I may continue with them. It’s all marketing gimmick from $200-300++ herbal wrap they discounted to $80 per session as an offer to me.
