★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my experience of getting my mani and pedicure done at Esuta Cottage by manicurist May. She's a bubbly young lady who is also very patient, and quite skillful, she will also give ideas for what kind of design I should go for and most important the nails she did for me can last longer than the usual I have done.. A cosy, and clean place to get your nails done.. Will definitely go back to Estua Cottage just to get my nails done! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and patience. Instead of using towel, the shop is using disposal sheet. So is more hygienic. And the gel used s very long lasting. Will definitely recommend friends and come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hui Hui was friendly, polite and professional! She did an amazing job :) I enjoyed my classic mani and pedi at an affordable rate with great service. Chair is very comfortable and foot soak tub has bubbly jets that are very relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my pampering session with Esuta, has been here for my classic gelish mani and pedicure and eyelashes extensions.
Usually I will do 3 services at one go! Today I did eyelashes extension touch up follow by simple classic gelish mani and pedi.
Both staff are very friendly , professional and the gelish nails always are lasting. I can see they also very details when they provide the services to make sure that is nicely done the job before I leave.
Best is they always punctual with their appointment slot that i booked. They also will also give me a call to come early if they finish with the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here on 3 separate occasions. For all 3 times, I was hoping to do a walk in, after dropping my kids at the indoor playground (located beside this shop).
However, each time I walk in, I’m told that appointments are full and they can’t accept me.
Here is the issue, every single time I’m told that, the shop is always EMPTY. I know this because, I spent 1 hour waiting for my kids next door. If they would have just accepted me in (while waiting for the appointment to come), I think I would have gotten my nails done for all those 3 times.
The latest visit, I came at 530pm , 550pm shop still empty.
